Friendly SQL for Oracle Distribution Agreement

For purpose of this distribution permission: "Friendly SQL" or "Friendly SQL for Oracle" means the complete software package from BE-Theory LLC including the installer, the application itself, any related documentation, any multimedia content (such as sounds and graphics), all related updates, and all included files supplied by BE-Theory LLC.

Friendly SQL for Oracle is not free. It is distributed as shareware and it is copyrighted © 2008-2010 BE-Theory LLC.

Friendly SQL for Oracle can be freely distributed and included in any free or commercial package without BE-Theory LLC's written permission as long as it is not modified in any way and there is no charge for it.

Friendly SQL for Oracle may not be distributed for profit in any form, including, but not limited to, electronic information service distribution, bulletin board distribution, user groups, online services, redistribution companies, and magnetic or optical medium distribution, unless explicitly stated in writing and signed by BE-Theory LLC.

Non-profit distribution of Friendly SQL for Oracle is permissible without prior written notice, providing that Friendly SQL for Oracle is not modified in any way, and the complete works of Friendly SQL for Oracle are included in the distribution package.
